Effective October 12, 2026. NordSync is provided by NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A. for authorized staff use only. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
SMS Terms
By providing a mobile number, staff agree to receive recurring clinical alert texts from NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A.. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Messaging
- Text messages sent by NordSync are staff-only clinical alerts delivered to employees and clinicians of NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A.. Patients and the public are not messaged.
- There is no marketing or promotional content of any kind.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help, or email cnordquist@nord-sync.com. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
