Effective October 12, 2026. This policy describes how NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A. ("we") handles information in connection with NordSync and nord-sync.com.
Information we collect
Staff names, work email addresses, and mobile phone numbers provided for internal clinical alerts. Patient health information handled in NordSync is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
How we use it
Solely to operate NordSync and send staff operational and clinical alerts.
SMS Messaging
- Text messages sent by NordSync are staff-only clinical alerts delivered to employees and clinicians of NORDQUIST FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, M. D. P.A.. Patients and the public are not messaged.
- There is no marketing or promotional content of any kind.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help, or email cnordquist@nord-sync.com. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
